A 34-year-old New Ulm woman is suspected of stealing $86.22 worth of items over two days in August. A 58-year-old Prior Lake man was cited for petty misdemeanor open cannabis package in a motor vehicle. • Stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation at 1:08 a.m. Saturday at Franklin St. S. and 2nd St. S. The driver, a 37-year-old New Ulm woman, displayed impairment signs, was arrested and transported to the Brown County Jail for further tests. Shew as booked into jail and cited for 4th-degree DWI.
