Bruce Lee Parker, 47, New Ulm, was riding a TotGuard Rider adult commuter electric mountain bike eastbound crossing North Garden St. in a crosswalk by the Holiday station when he collided with a northbound 2017 Dodge Caravan driven by Donna Rose Portner, 69, Winthrop. Damage was moderate to the front end of Mazda and severe to the left side of the Toyota. Brian Sjogren, 74, Gibbon, was driving a 2004 Chevy Venture westbound on CR 8, left the road and rolled over. He was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.
