New Ulm Police • A 14-year-old New Ulm male student was cited at 3:24 p.m. Thursday for misdemeanor disorderly conduct after pulling down the pants of a 14-year-old male New Ulm High School student. • A 19-year-old Sleepy Eye male student at Riverbend Area Learning Center was cited for misdemeanor cannabis possession at 4:12 p.m. Thursday. • Officers did a welfare check on a 65-year-old New Ulm woman at Oakwood Estates at 4:34 p.m. Thursday and found her to be intoxicated. New Ulm Police • Responded to a disturbance report at Oakwood Estates on Bridge St. South at 8:51 p.m. Wednesday. A 19-year-old New Ulm male pepper-sprayed a 17-year-old New Ulm male. A report for 5th-degree assault and disorderly conduct was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office. • Found a small pocket knife on a 16-year-old Hanska female at New Ulm High School at 2:08 p.m. Thursday. A report went to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.

New Ulm Police • Responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries at 5:36 p.m. Saturday at Lambrecht Lane and Summit Ave. Ethan Joseph Eckstein, 19, New Ulm, was legally parked facing southbound on Summit Ave., attempted to merge a 2019 Chevy Trailblazer into traffic and collided with a 2009 motorcycle driven southbound by Jill Rae Tostenrud, 67, New Ulm. The motorcycle overturned to its side. Tostenrud wore a helmet but was transported to New Ulm Medical Center for injury treatment. The motorcycle was towed due to disabling damage.
