Sibley County • Saturday at 6:34 p.m. officers responded to an accident involving a Semi truck and a pickup truck at the intersection of Faxon and Scenic Byway Road in Faxon township. Of the three occupants in the pickup, Shawn Klein, 53 and Kay Klein, 51, and a juvenile, two were airlifted from the scene. The other was transported by ambulance. Driver of the Semi truck did not have any injuries. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene. New Ulm Police Department • Officers responded to Walmart Monday at 1:53 p.m. for a 52-year-old New Ulm woman that had previously been prohibited from being in the store. The woman was arrested for a warrant for 4th degree assault and issued a trespass citation. • Monday at 6:55 p.m. officers reported to Walmart for a theft report. A 34-year-old Fairmont woman pushed $702.48 worth of merchandise out of the store.
