New Ulm Police

• Arrested a 40-year-old homeless man on a Hennepin County felony arrest warrant for third-degree drug possession at 11:46 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block, Front St. N. The man was also cited for giving a false name to a peace officer. A report went to Hennepin County.

Sleepy Eye Police

• Responded to a juvenile trouble call at Casey’s, 1101 Main St. E. at 4:33 pm. Wednesday. A 14-year-old Sleepy Eye male spent the night at a friend’s residence. No damage or injuries were reported. A report went to Brown County Human Services.

Sibley County Sheriff’s Office

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 19 and 611th Avenue, Severance Township at 5:33 p.m. Wednesday. A 2013 Chevy Malibu driven westbound on Highway 19 by a juvenile collided with a 2011 Ford Fusion driven by Jenna Grunewald, 30, Winthrop. Another juvenile was a passenger in the Chevy. Airbags deployed in the Chevy. All drivers and passengers wore seat belts but were treated for non-life threatening injuries at the scene. Both vehicles had disabling damage. Gibbon Police and Fire Departments, Winthrop Ambulance and the Minnesota State Patrol assisted.
