New Ulm Police

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash without reported injuries in snowy conditions on Center Street and Washington St. at 3:06 p.m. Feb. 16. Carly Ann Diaz, 21, New Ulm, was turning left, eastbound on Center, tried to change lanes and sideswiped a 2017 Nissan Altima driven by Olivia Ann Klabunde, 20, Redwood Falls. Damage was moderate to both vehicles. Both drivers wore seat belts.

• Responded to a burglary report on the 800 block of State St. N. at 11:41 p.m. Feb. 16. A front door was damaged and entry may have been gained earlier in the day but nothing was reported taken. Police are investigating the incident.

• Performed a welfare check on the 900 block of Valley St. South at 12:56 p.m. Feb. 17. A 37-year-old New Ulm male had mental health issues. No damage or injuries reported. A report was sent to Brown County Human Services.
