New Ulm Police

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash on snow-covered roads at 7:30 a.m. Jan. 5 at 8th North and State St. Nicole Gangelhoff. 24, New Ulm, was driving a 2006 Buick southbound on State St. when she collided with Gary Madsen, 73, New Ulm, who was driving a 2022 Dodge Ram eastbound on 8th North. Damage was moderate to right side of the Buick and minor to the front end of the Dodge Ram. Both drivers wore seat belts.

• Responded to a three-vehicle crash at 1st North and Payne St. on snow and ice-covered roads at 10:40 a.m. Jan. 4. Floyd R. Drill, 72, New Ulm, was driving a 2011 Toyota RAV 4 pulling a 2005 Ford F150 driven by Kyle J. Sellner, 35, New Ulm, out of a snow bank and collided with a parked 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee parked on 1st North, owned by Brenda A. Malheim, 51, New Ulm. The Ford F150 had driver’s side and rear passenger door damage and the Jeep had rear driver’s side bumper and driver’s side passenger door damage. Seat belts were worn.
