Brown County Sheriff

• Received a property line dispute report at 8:51 a.m. July 29 near Eden Road/CR 10, Eden Township. A corner post was removed and trees were taken down. A report was done for documentation.

• Received a theft report at 10:56 a.m., July 29 on 260th Avenue, Albin Township. A number of items were reported stolen from a site. More details were not available. A report was sent to investigators.

New Ulm Police

• Stopped a vehicle for operating without taillights at Broadway and S. Bridge St. at 12:25 a.m. July 29. A 31-year-old Grand Rapids woman was cited for no vehicle insurance. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.

• Received a possible harassment restraining order violation report at 10:29 a.m. July 29 from a 38-year-old New Ulm man regarding a 40-year-old New Ulm woman. Police reported no violation present. A report was done for documentation.
