Brown County Sheriff’s Office

• Received an animal complaint at 204 Minnesota St., Hanska at 8:27 p.m. It was not determined if there was an injury. A report was done for documentation.

New Ulm Police

• Received a report of a cell phone lost near Washington Learning Center, 910 14th St. N. at 3:56 p.m. July 12. The phone, valued at $1,100, was reported taken after it was lost. A report was sent to investigators.

• Stopped a woman driving without wearing a seat belt at Center and Highland at 12:12 p.m. July 13. The woman was also ticketed for a possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was warned for driving with expired registration. A report was done for documentation.
