Wednesday, October 8, the water department will be flushing water mains on State Street.

Flushing will be between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Residents should avoid laundering clothes when flushing is occurring in the neighborhood. It is advisable to allow about an hour after daily flushing for water to clear. Residents experience discoloration after flushing are advised to run water until it clears.
