BCHS Craft and Bake Sale Dec. 14

NEW ULM — The Brown County Humane Society will hold a Holiday Bake and Craft Sale on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Oak Hills Living Center, 1314 8th N. St., New Ulm. Donations of crafts can be brought to the shelter any morning before Dec/ 14. Donations of baked goods can be dropped off at the shelter December 11 through 13 from 8 to11a.m. The shelter is located at 1301 South Valley St. in New Ulm.

Home Sweet Home presentation at NU Community Center

NEW ULM — A special presentation on Housing in New Ulm will be held at 10 a.m. on on Tuesday, Dec. 10 in Room 112 at the New Ulm Community Center, 600 N German Street, New Ulm.

There will be Christmas treats, a door prize, coffee presenters on the subject of housing in New Ulm, including Jeff Dittrich of Century 21 Red Shoe Realty. Michele Clarke, USDA Rural Development Area Specialist, will talk about the housing rehabilitation program for those aging-in-place. Bring your questions, bring a friend and enjoy the time together picking up new information.
