NEW ULM - The New Ulm City Council approved a noise variance on Tuesday for a fundraising event hosted by 209 Pub & Grill. The variance would allow 209 Pub & Grill to have amplified music from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, on Minnesota Street between 2nd and 3rd N. Street during the fundraiser. Minnesota Street between 2nd and 3rd N. Street will be closed during the event, with a stage located near 3rd N. Street.
