NEW ULM – The Sertoma Club of New Ulm will hold its annual Service to Mankind Award Banquet Monday. This year’s recipient of the Service to Mankind Award is Ruth Klossner. NEW ULM — Blowing dust in Minnesota and northern Iowa could be seen from a satellite over the Earth, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) Tuesday.
