NEW ULM — Americanism Chairman Alberta Marth-Wohlfeil has announced that the Seifert-Bianchi American Legion Post 132 is sponsoring four local boys to attend Boys State June 13-18 at St. Johns University, Collegeville.

It will be a week of learning about government and they will be involved in setting

up a state government, beginning at the lowest city level and moving up to governor.

Those attending are Sam Blomberg, Augie Flizar, Isaac Gieseke and Dawson Schaefer. Parents are Marg and John Blomberg, Becca and Erik Flizar, Jenny and Tom Gieseke and Amber and Jason Schaefer.

Friday, June 18, is the last day of Boys State this year. There is usually a concert in the evening, but due to COVID no music is planned
