Snowy end to February

The snow shovels had to come out one more time in February. New Ulm received a dusting of snow Sunday morning after several warm days that could be mistaken for an early spring. Temperatures dropped from the mid 40s on Saturday to the low 20s by Sunday afternoon. A mixture of rain and snow fell in the early morning hours leaving a thing layer of snow on the sidewalks and slush in the streets. The snow is expected to be temporary, with temperatures returning to the mid 40s by Tuesday.
