MANKATO — The operator and sole rider of a motorcycle who died in a carsh Tuesday was identified as 40-year-old Michael John Borresen-Berg of rural Mankato. The motorcycle is a red 2003 Yamaha.

The driver and sole occupant of the pickup also involved in the crash was identified as 61-year-old Raymond Arthur Nourie of rural Nicollet. The pickup is a white 2001 Ford pulling a dump-style trailer. Nourie was not injured in the crash.

The incident remains under investigation by the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the Minnesota State Patrol.
