GIBBON — The Gibbon Fairfax Winthrop (GFW) school board will discuss a number of items at a regular board meeting to begin at 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 16 in the primary school cafeteria.

Discussion items include future transportation options, the possible sale of the Gibbon football field, future plans for the GFW Intermediate (Fairfax) school building after it is vacated later this year, a staff reduction proposal due to a need to reduce the district budget, and summary of the superintendent evaluation.

Action items include a 2019-20 and 2020-21 classified staff union group contract, a contract for annual financial audits, a Sibley County Family Facilitator Agreement, and an agreement for 2020-21 school photos with DB Photography and Design.
