NEW ULM — The New Ulm Street Department will be flushing water mains on Monday, Sept. 23, on North & South Jefferson Street.

Flushing take place approximately between the hours of 8 a.m.. to 3 p.m..

Avoid doing any laundry when flushing is being done in your neighborhood.

It is advisable to allow about an hour after daily flushing for water to clear. If you experience any discoloration after flushing in your area, run your water and it should clear up.
