SLEEPY EYE — The Sleepy Eye City Council will hold a special meeting at noon, Thursday, Nov. 8 to canvass local election results.

In addition, St. Mary’s liquor permits for Nov. 17, 2018 and Jan. 26, 2019 will be considered along with a resolution to seek the Brown County Assessor’s permission to delay the sale of a gas station on East Main Street, formerly owned by Shane Heiderscheidt, for six months to study a Chamber of Commerce proposal for the City requesting conveyance from the county.

The city council will also consider a resolution to accept a Minnesota Department of Transportation Aeronautics grant for a new airport mower.
