NEW ULM — Pizza Ranch reopened last week and to celebrate, a ribbon cutting was held Thursday morning.
Manager Kevin Siefkes said the restaurant received a floor-to-ceiling face lift with new carpet, new paint, new ceiling tiles and the addition of flat-screen televisions.
The new paint scheme was chosen to brighten up the restaurant and better reflect the light.
Siefkes said Pizza Ranch has been extremely busy since they reopened on Sept. 25. With the Oktoberfest celebration, they anticipate being busy for the near future.
Pizza Ranch employs a total of 38 staff members. Many are part-time workers and the restaurant is always looking to hire more staff to ensure they are fully staffed.
