WHEREAS, Steve
Kuepers (Applicant),
on behalf of Kuepers
Inc. and Keith Marti
(Owner) have filed an
application with the
City of New Ulm re-
questing the considera-
tion of a General
Development Plan that
is associated with a
proposed Planned Unit
Development (PUD)
Zoning District intend-
ed to accommodate
four, 38-unit apartment
buildings on the pro-
perty generally
described as Part of
Outlots 194, 195, 196,
and 197. The street ad-
dress of the property is
901 North Highland
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Anthony
Guldan (Applicant) on
behalf of Land Haven
Development, and the
City of New Ulm (Own-
er) have filed an appli-
cation with the City of
New Ulm requesting
consideration of a Gen-
eral Development Plan
that is associated with
a proposed PUD Zon-
ing District intended to
accommodate a
mixed-use storage fa-
cility on the property le-
gally described as Lot
1, Block 1, Airport In-
dustrial 3 rd Addition.

Jacobs Street; and
WHEREAS, Dean Ma-
dagan (Applicant), on
behalf River Haven
Housing, LLC and the
City of New Ulm (Own-
er) have filed an appli-
cation with the City of
New Ulm requesting
the consideration of a
General Development
Plan that is associated
with a PUD Zoning
District intended to ac-
commodate 118-unit
mixed use residential
housing project on pro-
perty generally located
in Part of the SE 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of Section
24, Township 110
North, Range 31 West.
The street address is
1800 North Highland
Avenue and 1425-1625
Maplewood Drive; and
WHEREAS, Renee
DeZeeuw has filed an
application with the
City of New Ulm re-
questing a Variance to
construct a 28′ x 35′
residential detached
garage to be construct-
ed in front of the
residence between the
existing home and front
yard setback line on
the property described
as Lot 3, Block 6,
South of Center Street.
The street address is
608 South Front Street;
and
WHEREAS, Kaitlin
Cordes (Applicant) on
behalf of Ronny and
Susan Cordes (Own-
ers) has filed an appli-
cation with the City of
New Ulm requesting a
Conditional Use Permit
to construct a 6′ tall
fence in a portion of
the front yard setback
area on the property
described as Lot 1,
Block 81, North of
Center Street. The
street address is 1501
North Minnesota
Street; and
WHEREAS, the City
Code requires that
these matters be con-
sidered by the New
Ulm Planning Commis-
sion.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED,
pursuant to the City
Code, the New Ulm
Planning Commission
will meet at 4:30 P.M.
on Thursday, May 29,
2025 in the City Hall
Council Chambers,
100 North Broadway,
New Ulm, Minnesota to
consider these matters.
The public and all in-
terested parties are
hereby officially notified
of said hearings.

will be read into the
record and must be re-
ceived by Noon,
Wednesday, May 28,
2025 and shall be sub-
