The project includes

the following major

quantities of Work:

1. Approximately

18,000 linear feet of

agricultural tile with

sizes ranging from 8

-inch to – 42 inch

2. Approximately

79,000 CY of excava-

tion material for the

construction of 5.22

acre storage basin with

a concrete control

structure, seeding and

erosion control

The awarded contrac-

tor must guarantee the

tile work under the con-

tract for three years

after its completion

against any fault or

negligence on the part

of the awarded Con-

tractor.

Personal Representa-

tive of the Estate of the

Decedent in an UNSU-

PERVISED administra-

tion. Any objections to

the petition must be

filed with the Court pri-

power to administer the

Estate including the
