NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Brown, will conduct certain public hearings as follows:

Preliminary Plat Application APPP0127

Application filed by Roger Wilfahrt on the property owned by Roger J & Julie A Wilfahrt known as Wilfahrt First Subdivision Lot 1 (4.43 Acres) and Lot 2 (4.43 Acres) on the property described as Lot 1, Block 1 Rathmann First Subdivision , Section 12, Township 109 North, Range 30 West, Cottonwood Township, Brown County , Minnesota. Application is to split an existing parcel into 2 parcels, all located in the A1 Agricultural Protection Zoning District. (See Attachments)

Notice is further given that the above hearings will be held by the Brown County Planning Commission on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023 beginning at 9:00 AM in the Brown County Courthouse Room #204, New Ulm, Minnesota at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed Plat or Conditional Use Permits. Hearings of these appeals are not limited to those receiving copies of this Notice, and if you know of any neighbor or affected property owner who, for any reason, has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of this public hearing. A copy of each proposed request is on file in the Brown County Planning & Zoning Office, Brown County Courthouse, 14 South State Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, and may be viewed during regular business hours. If you have any concerns over the proposed use of the property, then please submit your input either in person or in writing to the Planning Commission.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on February 22, 2023 at 9:05 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 14 South State Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, July 10, 2020, and separate writings under Minnesota Statutes section 524.2513 (“Will”), and for the appointment of Susan J. Helget, whose address is 33551 581st Avenue, Lafayette MN 56054, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
