Notice is Hereby Given that the Courtland Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Courtland, Minnesota will meet at City Hall located at 329 Main Street in Courtland, Minnesota on June 18, 2026, at 6:30pm. to consider comments on the variance to certain property located at 313 4th Street, Property description as follows:

Block 1 (180.3′ X 200′) ADJ TO LOT 2 BLK 1 ACRES 0.82 Lot PT OF LOT 5, RW ZIMMERMAN’S EST PLAT; CITY OF COURTLAND, NICOLLET COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
