HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY

GIVEN, that Tony Gul-

den, President of New

Ulm Storage, Inc., has

filed a petition with the

Finance Director of the

City of New Ulm, Min-

nesota for the vacation

of the following

right-of-way, to wit:

1. That part of 17th

South Street adjacent

to Lot 7, Block 42

South of Center Street

and said petition will be

examined, heard, and

considered by the City

Council at a meeting to

be held at the Council

Chambers in City Hall,

100 North Broadway in

said City on Tuesday,

August 4, 2020, at

4:30 p.m., and at such

meeting the Council

will first examine and

consider such petition,

and thereupon, wheth-

er such vacation shall

be made or not. All

persons or parties in-

terested therein will be

heard.
