Notice is given that an
Application for Informal
Probate of Will and In-
formal Appointment of
Personal Representa-
tive was filed with the
Registrar, along with a
Will dated October 7,
2009. The Registrar
accepted the applica-
tion and appointed
Stephanie Kolbe,
whose address is 1014
Almar Place, Owaton-
na, Minnesota 55060
and Kim White, whose
address is 15325 Hol-
dridge Dr., Wayzata,
Minnesota 55391, to
serve as the personal
representatives of the
decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee or
other interested person
may be entitled to ap-
pointment as personal
representative or may
object to the appoint-
ment of the personal
representatives. Any
objection to the ap-
pointment of the per-
sonal representatives
must be filed with the
Court, and any proper-
ly filed objection will be
heard by the Court
after notice is provided
to interested persons
of the date of hearing
on the objection.
Unless objections are
filed, and unless the
Court orders otherwise,
the personal represen-
tatives have the full
power to administer the
estate, including, after
thirty (30) days from
the issuance of letters
testamentary, the
power to sell, en-
cumber, lease, or dis-
tribute any interest in
real estate owned by
the decedent.
Notice is further given
that, subject to
Minn. Stat. 524.3-801,
all creditors having
claims against the
decedent’s estate are
required to present the
claims to the personal
representatives or to
the Court within four
(4) months after the
date of this notice or
the claims will be
barred.

which time and place,
all persons, parties,
corporations, and
others interested in
said matter are here-
by invited to appear
and be heard, and
show cause if you
have any, why the
said Final Survey Re-
port, Viewers’
Redetermination of
Benefits and Dam-
ages, and the
Viewers’ Report of
Determination of
Benefits and Dam-
ages should not be
approved, or in
respect to any other
matters in connec-

The following is a brief
description of the lands
drained by the Judicial
Ditch #18 system of
Watonwan and Brown
Counties by its main
open ditch, mainline
tile, improvements,
various laterals, exten-
sions, and tile systems.
Said system drains all
or part of the following
townships:

Riverdale Township

In order to provide at
least a 0.50 in/day
drainage coefficient,
the proposed JD #18
Improvement Project
will consist of installing
new tile for the main-
line, branches, and la-
terals. The tile mainline
along with Branches 1,
2, 3, 4 ,5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11, 12, 13, and La-
terals A, B, C, and D.
The proposed mainline
will consist of tile rang-
ing in size from 24-inch
to 60-inch in Option 1
and in Option 2 the
mainline would range
from 24-inch to
48-inch. The proposed
improvement also con-
siders a storage pond
to reduce flow at the
outlet.

during the past five (5)
years.
