Brown County District Court • Derek Lee Schreyer, 54, New Ulm, was charged Friday with two gross misdemeanor counts of 3rd-degree DWI-one aggravating factor. According to court documents, a New Ulm Police officer was patrolling northbound on Broadway near Center Street at 10:49 p.m. when a saw a vehicle traveling westbound on Center with no headlights or taillights.
