Sibley County Court

• Jamie Charlotte Blahowski, 42, New Auburn, pled guilty to second-degree DWI and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance April 2. She was sentenced to 152 in the Sibley County Jail and fined $385 for the DWI charge. She was sentenced to 149 days in the Sibley County Jail and fined $115 for the controlled substance charge.

• Sergio Vasquez Zendejas, 52, Winthrop, pled guilty to felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance April 2. Adjudication was stayed. He was placed on up to three years supervised probation with conditions that he serve 17 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol, THC products or non-prescribed controlled substances, complete a Le Sueur Sibley Treatment Court Program and pay $150 within 90 days.
