Sibley County Court

• Vadim Ushakov, 28, Krakow, Wi., pled guilty to amended fourth-degree DWI Feb. 12. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to one year supervised probation. Conditions include serving two days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol, THC or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a Victim Impact Panel, complete 40 hours Sentence to Service within six months, pay $385 within 90 days.

• Keagan Anthony Evenson, 32, Gaylord, pled guilty to a charge alleging felony theft of a controlled substance Feb. 12. Adjudication was stayed. He was placed on up to three years supervised probation. Conditions include completing a diagnostic evaluation and following all recommendations, complete a comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations, have no direct or indirect contact with the victim, not go to his residence, serve 30 days in the Sibley County Jail, pay $115 within 90 days.
