• Eh Kheh Lert, 38, Cottage Grove, pled guilty Dec. 18 to charges alleging first-degree possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree DWI. He was sentenced to 65 months in prison, stayed for up to 5 years supervised probation with conditions of 43 days in the Sibley County Jail, be released directly from jail into the Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge High Intensity Residential Program, complete a Victim Impact Panel, pay a $1,085 fine.

• Alfred Eugene Lee, 29, Gibbon; and Victoria Lavelle Noyes, 25, Gaylord, pled guilty Dec. 18 to a charge alleging child neglect. Adjudication was stayed. He was placed on supervised probation for up to 2 years with conditions he perform 40 hours Sentence to Service within 6 mos., complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, pay $150 within 90 days.

• Aubrayle Ideen Brian Brown, 25, Belle Plaine, pled guilty Dec. 18 to a charge alleging fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He was placed on up to 3 years supervised probation with conditions of 29 days in the Sibley County Jail, completing 40 hours Sentence to Service within 6 mos., complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances and pay $135 within 90 days.
