District Court

• Unconditional bail was set at $15,000 cash or bond Sept. 15 as previously ordered for Stephanie Lauren Spencer, 43, North Mankato, after she was arrested on allegations of violating release conditions for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. A continued omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 30, 2025.

• Michael James Mansfield, 40, Gaylord, was found guilty after a court trial, of felony wrongfully obtaining assistance Sept. 16. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. A sentencing date will be set in the near future.

• Noah John McCourt, 31, Arlington, admitted to violating probation terms on an underlying offense of fourth-degree assault, Sept. 18. He was sentenced to six months in the Sibley County Jail and will be discharged from probation after the jail sentence is complete.

• Ryan Ray Forsberg, 42, New Auburn, admitted violating probation terms on an underlying offense of felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession. His probation was reinstated on previously ordered conditions plus that he serve eight days in the Sibley County Jail and enter into and complete the Le Sueur-Sibley Treatment Court Program.

• Daniel Karin Floy, 46, St. Cloud, was sentenced to pay $3,500 restitution, complete 24 hours of Sentence to Service within six months and up to one year supervised probation for a felony theft conviction.

• Ursula Maria Kroells, 61, Green Isle, plead guilty to third-degree DWI. She was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed, and placed on up to one year supervised probation, fined $385, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, complete 40 hours of Sentence to Service within six months.
