Sibley County Court
• Robert Arthur Johnson, 38, Winthrop admitted to violating probation terms May 1. He was sentenced to four days in the Sibley County Jail. He will be discharged from probation after the jail sentence is complete.
• Jon Anthonie Gorman, 26, Gibbon, pleaded guilty May 1 to second-degree sale of a controlled substance and felony violation of a restraining order. A sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m. June 5. He remains in Sibley County Jail custody.
• Jaime Efrain Villa, 36, Gaylord, pleaded guilty to an amended fourth-degree DWI charge May 1. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to one year supervised probation with conditions that he serve 40 hours sentence to service, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, attend a victim impact panel and pay a $385 fine.
• Victoria Rae Lindsey, 31, Henderson had an intentional discharge of a firearm that endangered safety charge stayed May 1. She was placed on up to one year supervised probation with conditions that she not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, have no direct or indirect contact with the victim, complete 40 hours of sentence to service within six months, complete a diagnostic assessment within 60 days, pay $100.
• James Aaron Eccles, 41, Gaylord, got stayed adjudication May 1 for felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession. He was placed on up to three years supervised probation with conditions of successful completion of LeSueur/Sibley Treatment Court, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, complete a comprehensive assessment.
• Dalton Gregory Hackbarth, 36, Gaylord, was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, 87 days stayed and placed on up to one year supervised probation to the Dept. of Corrections May 1. Conditions include complete 16 hours of sentence to service or do community work service, follow comprehensive assessment recommendations, abstain from all mood-altering substances unless prescribed by a licensed medical provider familiar with addiction. He was fined $285.
