Brown County District Court

• A gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety charge was filed against Kyle J. Grunenwald, St. Cloud, in Brown County District Court July 19. Bail without conditions was set at $3,000; no bail with conditions Tuesday.

According to the complaint, a Minnesota State Patrol Trooper was southbound on TH 15 in Brown County at 10:28 p.m. July 17 when a vehicle was seen crossing the fog line. A traffic stop was done at TH 15 and CR 25 and the driver identified himself as Grunenwald, who said he was not a valid licensed driver due to a DWI and said he didn’t have any identification on him.
