• Shawn A. Keyser, 43, had unconditional bail set at $12,000 cash or bond on charges alleging obstructing legal process and fourth-degree DWI June 14. The Court ordered he may be released on his own recognizance, subject to conditions that he not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed, controlled substances and be subject to reasonable suspicion testing by law enforcement. A hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. July 1, 2021.

• Eric A. Hussman, 24, Winthrop was released on his own recognizance by the Court on a charge alleging malicious punishment of a child. He was ordered to have no direct or indirect contact with the alleged victim. A hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. July 1, 2021.
