Stephanie Bernier and Jake Stein were united in marriage on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at German Park in New Ulm. Parents of the bride are Jerry and Lori Bernier of Hanska and Sue Bernier of Madison, MN. Parents of the groom are Dan and Kelly Stein of rural Courtland. Stephanie is a 2012 high school graduate of Sleepy Eye Public High School. She has completed on line courses through Lake Region State College. She is employed at Health Systems Sciences of Mankato as a marketing specialist. Jake is a 2011 high school graduate of Nicollet Public High School. He graduated from South Central College, Mankato with degrees in auto body and also as an agribusiness service technician. Jake is employed at RDO of Mankato as a Service Manager. Amanda Kolander was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Hagert, Katy Bernier and Taylor Stein. Andy Rieke was the best man. Groomsmen were Adam Nelson, Cole Barrer and Jeremy Bernier. Ushers were Joseph Stradtman and Trevor Stoltenburg. A honeymoon to New York, including Central Park and Rockefeller Center, was taken in December, 2021. The couple is residing in New Ulm.
