In Appreciation

Community

Education Thank you

I am writing this letter in appreciation of the support that New Ulm Area Community Education has continued to give to Healthy Community/ Healthy Youth of Brown County through its grants.

This support has enabled our programs to continue empowering the youth of this area. It has enabled the members of SPOTS (Students Performing On Tough Situations) to continue to help over 3000 students a year to think about and deal with the issues that face them. It has allowed Youth Council to help other programs that help kids and do programs of their own like our Haunted House and more. And finally it has allowed us to bring special programs to New Ulm like Prairie Fire Children’s Theater and others.

Your support has done all that and we are grateful for it. It has also through this furthered the education of youth in New Ulm. Thank you,

Sheldon Rieke

Director Healthy Communities/Healthy Youth

Special thanks goes out to Brent Donner, Cash Wise Foods, Hy-Vee, Kwik Trip, McDonald’s, Apitz Printing, KNUJ, A to Zinnia, ISD 88 and Nicklasson Athletic. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year on Saturday December 7th for the 2019 Jingle Bell Jam Fun Run 5K.
