Stacy Eckstein and Drew Pfaff

Together with their families, Stacy Eckstein and Drew Pfaff announce their engagement.

Stacy’s parents are Mary and Joe Eckstein of New Ulm. Drew’s parents are Todd and Kelly Pfaff of New Ulm.

Both Stacy and Drew are 2012 graduates of Cathedral High School in New Ulm. Stacy studied marketing at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis and graduated in 2016. She is currently employed in a marketing role at Deluxe Corporation in Shoreview. Drew studied biology at St. John’s University in Collegeville, and graduated in 2016. He is currently in graduate school studying chiropractics at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington.

The couple will be married at the Church of St. Mary in New Ulm on August 26, 2017.
