MINNESOTA - A summer staple for Minnesotans, the 2026 Minnesota State fair concluded on Labor Day with nearly 2 million people attended over the 12 days of action. During the fair, the Minnesota House of Representatives polled attendees on 12 relevant issues regarding Minnesotans, with 9,605 people participating in the poll. The Sleepy Eye Future Farmers of America (FFA) Chapter was well represented at the State Fair. This year seven members showed livestock at the fair; nine members participated in the Chapter Demonstration Competition. One hundred ninety members participated in exhibiting over 1,200 entries for the Ag. Technology, Ag. Literacy, and Crops Competitions at the Minnesota State Fair.
