People’s Town Hall set for March 18 in Sleepy Eye

SLEEPY EYE – From expanded tariffs and a potential trade war to firing USDA employees and potential cuts to Medicaid, there’s a lot of news pouring out of Washington, D.C. Minnesota Farmers Union (MFU) is sponsoring a People’s Town Hall from 6:30 to 8 p.m. March 18 at Sleepy Eye Brewing Company, 121 Main St. W, Sleepy Eye, to hear what family farmers and rural residents think of these actions and to learn what they want and need from their state and federal governments.
