LAKE CRYSTAL — A 23-year-old Fairfax man was arrested in Lake Crystal Wednesday after leading law enforcement on a 10-mile chase that at times topped 160 mph, according to Blue Earth County Sheriff's officials. “It all happened in a matter of minutes. There was almost no traffic on the highway at the time,” said Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office Captain Paul Barta.
