The lastest issue of the AARP magazine contains health tips that are worth noting. For DEPRESSION the recommendations include giving a hug or getting a hug. For even more relief, it suggests MAKING A DONATION. Giving money to a good cause makes us feel happier, according to a University of British Columbia and Harvard Business School study. Want to feel even better? If a friend or neighbor is representing a charity, pick that one, as it will heighten those positive feelings. Have a great day!
