• Katie A. Rehbein, 22, 701 3rd Ave. N.E., Sleepy Eye, was charged with felony storing meth paraphernalia in the present of a child; and gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession-not small amount of marijuana Feb. 27.
According to court documents, A Brown-Lyon-Redwood-Renville County Drug Task Force (BLRR-DTF) agent executed a search warrant at 701 3rd Ave. N.E., in Sleepy Eye on Feb. 26. Assisting were Sleepy Eye Police, Brown County Sheriff’s Office deputies and BLRR-DTF agents.
Inside the home were a young adult male, young adult female and and older adult female. The younger adult female was identified as Rehbein. Aslo present were her two children, both under age five.
Items found were Rehbein and a young adult male stayed included a purse with a marijuana pipe and miscellaneous storage containers, bubble wrap zip lock baggies that field-tested positive for methamphetamine, a yellow, butane gas container, a zebra bag with multiple zip baggies field-testing positive for meth, two straws, a funnel, spoon and miscellaneous containers.
Rehbein was transported to the Brown County Law Enforcement Center. The young, adult male claimed to have no knowledge of the paraphernalia.
• Jordan J. Netzke, 24, 1915 N. Spring St., New Ulm, was charged with felony fifth-degree drug possession-not small amount of marijuana Feb. 27. According to court documents, Sleepy Eye Police submitted a search warrant related to firearms, ammunition, weapons and information related to harm the public, and to any digital evidence stores in devices for review related to Netzke’s apartment at 120 Elm St. N.E., Sleepy Eye. Judge Docherty signed the warrant on Feb. 26.
The warrant was executed at 2:55 pm. Feb. 26. Items found during a search included a poker set box containing a small, clear, plastic bag with white powder in it and a bible with Netzke’s name on it. The white powder tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed 0.6 grams. A bail hearing was set for 11:30 a.m. Feb. 28.
