Dobnak sharp as Twins win again

PITTSBURGH — Randy Dobnak pitched six scoreless innings and the Twins won their sixth straight game, defeating Pittsburgh 5-2.

Marwin Gonzalez drove two runs for the Twins. His RBI in the second inning scored Jake Cave and he added another RBI in the ninth inning that scored Byron Buxton. Max Kepler added a three-run homer in the ninth inning.

Trevor Williams pitched a solid seven innings but allowed a run in the loss. Josh Bell homered in the ninth for the Pirates.
