Morin finished the boys 5k

at the Tomahawk-Valley Conference Championships this past Tuesday in Winthrop with a second-place time of 17:47.4.

He will run in the Section 3A meet this Thursday at the Madison Golf Club.

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: Salmon, without a doubt.

Smoked salmon in particular.

Q: What is your favorite scary/Halloween-time movie?

A: I have a few. Friday the 13th, Scream and then also just Charlie Brown, the

Great Pumpkin.

Q: Who is your favorite professional athlete?

A: A lot of the greats and some of my favorites are retired right now, but when it comes to basketball, Michael Jordan. Undoubtedly, he is unbeatable. When it comes to football, Justin Jefferson. Love that guy.

Q: What is a hobby of yours outside of running/sports?

A: Hunting and fishing, anything outdoors. If you don’t find me running, odds are during this time of year you’ll find me in a deer stand. When it’s late spring through all of summer, you’ll find me somewhere on the water.

Q: What is your favorite Halloween candy?

A: The shaped Reese’s, I think they’re way better than the Reese’s cups.
