CANBY — Springfield rolled Canby 68-7 in a nondistrict football game on Friday.

Parker Kuehn had four touchdown passes for Springfield, while Madden Lendt and Isaac Fredin each had two receiving touchdowns. Conner Schmitt had two touchdown rushes, while Tyson Horkey, Aiden Moriarty and Colten Sell each had a rushing touchdown. Ely Streich had an interception return for a touchdown.

Springfield (1-0) hosts Murray County Central on Friday.

Wabasso 60, BLHS 0

HECTOR — Wabasso cruised by Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart in a Nine-man South District, West Subdistrict football game on Friday.

Drew Kemp was 4 of 5 with 162 yards and three touchdowns for Wabasso, while Joe Rohlik ran for 111 yards on five rushes with three touchdowns. Brooks Baune had six rushes for 58 yards, and Paxton Huhnerkoch had seven rushes for 32 yards and a score. Nolan Leopold caught three passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns, and Nate Riley caught one pass for 61 yards and a touchdown. On the defense, Brooks Baune, Jack Burns and Brady Baune each had an interception, and Paxton Guetter and Tavyn Larson combined for a sack.

Wabasso (1-0) hosts Cedar Mountain on Friday.
