Hopp had complete-game shutout wins over St. Peter this past Friday and Eden Prairie this past Saturday, striking out nine in each win.

Q: Who is your

favorite athlete?

A: I really like Jordy Bahl, she’s a pitcher. (Oklahoma 22-23, Nebraska 23-present)

Q: What is your

favorite food?

A: Anything pasta.

Q: What is your favorite band/musical artist?

A: I like Tate McRae.

Q: What is your favorite TV series?

A: Grey’s Anatomy. I want to go into nursing, so I kind of like that show.

Q: What is your

favorite animal?

A: I’m going to be boring and just say a dog [laughs]. I like Labs, probably black Labs. We have one in the family.
