NEW ULM — New Ulm area youth basketball players interested in developing their game and getting active this winter basketball season can still sign up this season with the New Ulm Basketball Association (NUBBA).

NUBBA is an all-volunteer non-profit community organization serving the residents of the New Ulm area and the ISD 88 School District. NUBBA coaches, assistants and board members donate their time and efforts to help give boys and girls grades K-8 a better opportunity to learn and develop necessary basketball skills.

Registration for the 2024-25 season is open now but closes on Sept. 30.

Those interested can sign up now at www.newulmbasketball.com/registration. The season will start on Sunday, Nov. 17 with jersey pick-up dates of Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 5:30-7 p.m. and Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 5-6 p.m. at the New Ulm Middle School.

The costs are $100 for Kindergarten and first-graders, $130 for second-graders, $175 for third-graders, $250 for grades 4-6 and $200 for grades 7-8.
