LITCHFIELD — Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato delivered the knockout punch to the New Ulm boys’ hockey season with a 6-0 victory over the Eagles on Saturday in the Section 3A semifinals.

L/DC will now play Hutchinson in the section championship game on Wednesday

The Dragons scored three goals in the second period to break open a 1-0 game after the first period.

Litchfield then added a pair of goals in the third period to end New Ulm’s season at 16-4.
