SLEEPY EYE — Springfield swept Sleepy Eye 25-18, 25-13, 25-18 on Monday in a Tomahawk Conference volleyball match.

McKenna Strong led Sleepy Eye with 10 kills, 11 digs and two aces. Emma Schieffert finished with four kills and 10 digs and Brooke Arneson had 14 set assists and 13 digs.

For the Tigers, Cylee Graff had seven kills and Anna Madson had eight kills. Tori Roiger finished with 16 set assists and Lexi Groebner had seven kills. Jaeli Richert had 14 set assists for the Tigers and two kills.

Sleepy Eye hosts Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop on Thursday.

BLHS 3, RCW 2

HECTOR — Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart defeated Renville County West 25-21, 25-17, 18-25, 22-25, 15-12 on Monday in a nonconference volleyball match.

For the Mustangs, Allison Dornseif had 34 set assists and Emilie Hable had 12 kills. Chloe Ufkes finished with eight kills and 10 digs and Katie Buboltz had 16 digs.

Madelia 3, ML/GHEC/T 1

TRUMAN — Madelia defeated Martin Luther/Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Truman 25-22, 21-25, 25-21, 25-19 on Saturday in a Valley Conference volleyball match.

Corban Tarto had 20 digs and 12 kills and Jada Taylor finished with 17 digs. Dora Facudo had 24 digs and Brooke Lensing had 11 kills. Naomi Haedt finished with 45 set assists.

Madelia plays Mankato Loyola on Tuesday.

Cathedral 3, Wabasso 0

WABASSO — New Ulm Cathedral defeated Wabasso 25-13, 25-23, 25-10 on Saturday in prep volleyball action.

Sydnee Helget had 10 kills and Emily Schommer had 20 set assists for the Greyhounds.
