SEARLES — Searles beat Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop 6-2 in Searles on Monday night in youth baseball action.

Kedar Schmitz picked up the win, going three innings allowing one earned run. The bullpen pitched four innings allowing only one run and striking out 10. Justin Berg was 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs.

Schmitz also went 3 for 3 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI.
